De skal kende de s\u00e6rlige kendetegn for elevernes liv og disses p\u00e5virkning p\u00e5 parathed til uddannelse, forst\u00e5, at \u00e6ldre er en meget forskelligartet gruppe af voksne med forskellige behov, der kr\u00e6ver skr\u00e6ddersyede tilgange og arbejdsformer i uddannelsesprogrammerne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Det st\u00f8rste problem, IT-undervisere st\u00e5r over for, er, at de ikke har de n\u00f8dvendige f\u00e6rdigheder og kompetencer til at uddanne \u00e6ldre i ny teknologi. Underviserne har brug for viden om \u00e6ldre og et nutidigt billede af alderdom i samfundet. P\u00e5 den ene side er de klar over, at \u00e6ldre mennesker ikke er ens, og er mere forskellige fra hinanden end medlemmer af de yngre generationer. P\u00e5 den anden side ved de ogs\u00e5, at de mangler viden b\u00e5de i teori og praksis om bedre arbejdsmetoder med denne m\u00e5lgruppe. Mange l\u00e6rer er mere kendt med et p\u00e6dagogisk (skoleundervisningssystem) end et andragogisk udgangspunkt, og har kun en grundl\u00e6ggende viden om arbejdsmetoder for \u00e6ldre.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243; col_shadow=&#8221;box_shadow_enable:disable|shadow_horizontal:0|shadow_vertical:15|shadow_blur:50|shadow_spread:0|box_shadow_color:rgba(0%2C0%2C0%2C0.35)&#8221; col_shadow_hover=&#8221;box_shadow_enable:disable|shadow_horizontal:0|shadow_vertical:15|shadow_blur:50|shadow_spread:0|box_shadow_color:rgba(0%2C0%2C0%2C0.35)&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">M\u00e5lene<\/h2>\n<p>Hovedform\u00e5lene med projektet er:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bedre forst\u00e5else af \u00e6ldres forventninger og behov i l\u00e6ringsmilj\u00f8er med fokus p\u00e5 it-uddannelse;<\/li>\n<li>Bedre viden, brug af p\u00e6dagogiske v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og ny teknologi til uddannelse af \u00e6ldre;<\/li>\n<li>Udveksling af god praksis mellem partnere<\/li>\n<li>Skabe det grundl\u00e6ggende teoretiske grundlag for implementering af uddannelse i IT til \u00e6ldre;<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e6re \u00e6ldre at kende, som en meget forskelligartet gruppe af voksne elever, for hvem uddannelsen skal forberedes i henhold til deres behov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;
